Over the years, David R. Day has striven to stay on the edge when it comes to imaging and presenting his work. The New Metal Series is the latest step of this journey.
The new Metal Series uses a painstaking process to place David’s photography directly on metal sheets. the Matching of individual images to the distinct patina and quality of each piece of metal, creates art work that has a
vibrant, romantic feel.
Each image may also be laminated to protect the art. Many are also coated with a coat of varnish for further
enhancement.
